Kiss (or Kizz...) was rescued on 25th January 2019 Kiss, female seal pup, was rescued on 25th January 2019 from a beach in Holywell Bay, Newquay by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) Medics. The pup weighed 14.5kgs, had a high temperature of 38.4. Ulceration in right eye and Superficial wounds. Update - 14th February 2019 : Kiss is currently in the outside pool for her next stage of rehabilitation. Her flipper tag ID number is 358 (red). Update - 20th March 2019 : This photo of Kiss was taken on the 19th March 2019 in the nursery pool 4. She currently weighs 21kgs. Update - 22nd April 2019 : Kiss is currently in the convalescent pool and is ready to go back into the wild. She currently weighs 32kgs. Update - 12th May 2019 : Kiss, My Little Pony, Magnum P.I., Arnold, Miss Pacman and Space Invader have completed their rehabilitation at the Seal Sanctuary and were released back into the wild on 10th May 2019 at Porthtowan beach.
