1997/98 Rescued Seals Returned to the Wild Smee was finally released in the early morning at a secret location on the Cornish Coast. We managed to avoid the usual crowds of people you find during the summer, and with a couple of bobs in the water, Smee swam off out to sea. CLANGER - FRANK - FLEUR at Church Cove Clanger and Frank were released back into the wild on 23rd September at Church Cove. The two of them have been totally in separable in the convalescent pool over the Summer, and Frank carried on in true style during the release, by riding down the beach on Clanger´s back in to the water! It took ages to get them into the water, because all they wanted to do was go up the beach, or hide under the Landrover! Tinkerbell was especially difficult, but after a bit of messing around in the water, she finally went off into the distance with Sunshine.
