Old Wife (Enoplosus armatus) are found on coastal reefs in Southern Australian waters. Destruction of its habitat and overfishing. These fish have venomous spines on their dorsal fin which can cause severe pain. The name "Old Wife" refers to the sound it makes when caught, caused by it grinding its jaw.
