Gherkin, a 3-4 months old male grey seal pup, was rescued from Seaton in Looe on 12th April 2021 by the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) marine mammal medics.
He was found suffering from respiratory problems.

British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) Volunteer marine mammal medics will be sent out to monitor the pup for a period of time and as a very last resort, may rescue the pup depending on the circumstances.
