Red Bellied Piranha (Serrasalmus nattereri) are found in lakes, creeks and rivers in the Amazon river basin. Destruction of its habitat and overfishing.
They are famous for having razor sharp teeth but they also have an amazing sense of smell which helps them to find their food in the murky water.
