Update - 10th February 2013 : Schubert has been moved to the outside pool for his next stage of rehabilitation and to learn how to compete for fish with the other seals.
His flipper tag number is 128 (red).

Update - 1st May 2013 : This photo of Schubert was taken on 27th April 2013 in the convalescence pool. He currently weighs 23kgs.

Update - 5th June 2013 : Schubert was moved into the nursery pools along with Kayah, Axel and Buster.
The pups were all weighed on the 3rd of June 2013, but unfortunately they still do not weigh enough to be released back into the wild and need feeding up.

Update - 29th June 2013 : The Cornish Seal Sanctuary discharged its last four patients of the winter 2012/13 pupping season on Friday 28th June 2013.
Animal Care Team leader Tamara Cooper and her colleagues had mixed emotions as they bid farewell to Schubert, Axel Rose, Kayah and Buster from the beach at Gwithian.
