Truffle was rescued on 18th October 2020
Truffle, a 3 weeks old male grey seal pup, was rescued on 18th October 2020 from Tregardock beach in Newquay by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) marine mammal medics.

He had several flipper injuries, puncture wounds on his back and neck, and was underweight. This usually indicates a young pup has been separated from it´s mum due to stormy weather and the mum was unable to find the pup again.
