Snorlax was rescued on 10th August 2016
Snorlax, a male common seal pup, was rescued on 10th August 2016 from Mundesley.

This pup came into the hospital when he was just 6 weeks old, weighing just 16kgs he was underweight. He also had swollen rear flippers, heavy breathing and was suffering from lungworms and lethargic.

Snorlax Update - 4th September 2016 : Snorlax is currently in hospital pen number 4 and weighs 15.75kgs.

Update - 23rd October 2016 : Snorlax is now in the outside seal enclosure learning how to compete for fish with the other rescued seal pups and resident seals. He will be released back to the wild very soon.

Seal Release on 26th November 2016 Update - 30th November 2016 : Snorlax along with along Birdo, Ash, Misty, Jax, Lara, Fiona and Jiggly Puff were returned to the wild on 28th November 2016 on the beach outside the Sanctuary at 4 o´clock...just at sun set.
