Queue was rescued on 19th February 2016
Queue, approx. 12 weeks old female grey seal pup, was rescued on 19th February 2016 from Penhale, Perranporth by Dan, a member of the Animal Care team, and also a member of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BMDLR) team.

She was an underweight pup at 17kg, with grazed flippers, an ulcerated lower jaw, an ulcer in her left eye as well as ruckly breathing and a congested nose. The vet prescribed a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, medication for the pup´s chest and also eye drops.
Update - 24th March 2016 : Queue is a lot better now and have begun feeding for herself! The pup´s left eye is still recovering at the moment and still on medication. Once she is off medication and gained weight she will continue her rehabilitation process down in the outside nursery pools.
Queue Update - 22nd May 2016 : Queue is now in the final stage of her rehabilitation and will be released back into the wild in the next few weeks.

Queue´s flipper tag number is 107 (blue).

Update - 30th May 2016 : Queue along with Scrabble, Tic Tac Toe, Bounce Off, Ludo and Magic were released back into the wild at Gwithian on 27th May 2016.
