Jumanji was rescued on 28th November 2015
Jumanji, approx. 4 weeks old male grey seal pup, was rescued from the Portloe beach, St Mary´s on the Isles of Scilly, on the 28th November 2015 by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) team.

He was quite malnourished and underweight at only 12kgs, also had a nasty gash on his right shoulder.
Jumanji Update - 1st January 2016 : Jumanji is now in the nursery pool for his next stage of rehabilitation and learning how to compete for fish with the other rescued seal pups.

His flipper tag number is 73 (blue).

Update - 22nd May 2016 : Jumanji is now in his final stage of rehabilitation and will be released back into the wild in the next few weeks.

Update - 30th May 2016 : Early in the morning of the 27th May 2016 Jumanji along with Hot Potato and Shogi were released back into the wild at Gunwalloe.
