Elsa was rescued on 24th September 2019
Elsa, 2-3 weeks old female grey seal pup, rescued from Boscastle on 24th September 2019 by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) Medics and relayed to Gweek.

This pup had a ruptured left eye, small puncture wounds to the back of her neck, superficial wound on left whisker bed.
Elsa Update - 13th October 2019 : Elsa is still in the hospital pen number 3 and currently weighs 27kgs.

Her flipper tag ID number is SL102 (yellow).

Update - 25th November 2019 : Elsa is in nursery pool number 2. She currently weighs 31kgs and just needs to learn how to compete for fish with other rescued seal pups before being returned back into the wild.

She just needs a little more encouragement to eat her fish on her own.

Update - 1st January 2020 : Elsa was released back into the wild on 17th December 2019 at Gunwalloe along with Peppa Pig, Little Miss Sunshine, Miss Trunchbull, Tin Tin, Captain Underpants, Jorge and Milo.
