Double Dip was rescued on 30th March 2019 Double Dip, 16 weeks old female grey seal pup, was rescued on 30th March 2019 from Loe Bar by Grace and Danielle members of the Animal Care Team. This pup was found with a high temperature of 39.0, broken teeth on lower left side, missing claws to both front flippers and suffering from lungworms. Currently weighs 19kgs. Update - 10th April 2019 : Double Dip has sadly passed away on 6th April 2019; it is always very sad when one of the rescued pups dies but sometimes these little ones just don´t have enough antibodies and strength in them to pull through, despite the best efforts of all the staff.
