Birdo, a male common seal pup, was rescued on 25th August 2016 from Walcott.
He came into the hospital around 7-8 weeks old suffering from lung worms!

Update - 23rd October 2016 : Birdo is now in the outside seal enclosure learning how to compete for fish with the other rescued seal pups and resident seals. He will be released back to the wild very soon.

Update - 30th November 2016 : Birdo along with Ash, Misty, Jax, Lara, Fiona, Snorlax and Jiggly Puff were returned to the wild on 28th November 2016 on the shore outside the Sanctuary at 4 o´clock...just at sun set.
