Arwen was rescued on 25th September 2019
Arwen, a 1 week old female whitecoat seal pup, was rescued from Porth Joke beach on 25th September 2019 by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) Medics.

The pup was somehow separated from her mum. The BDMLR tried to relocate Arwen to another part of the beach away from public, but unfortunately after monitoring for 24 hours, it was obvious that the pup was alone so the next day she was rescued and relayed to Gweek. Weighed 15kgs.
