Age at Rescue : 8 weeks old

Reason for Rescue : The pup was found to be very malnourished. Minor wounds to rear flippers and was a bit snotty!

Sputnik - 22nd February 2014 Update - 20th January 2014 : Sputnik is currently in hospital pen number 1.

Update - 24th February 2014 : Sputnik is now in the outside pools learning how to compete for his fish with other seals during feeding time.

Seal Release - 6th May 2014 Update - 10th May 2014 : Sputnik along with Ventura and Pollux were released back into the wild on 6th May 2014.
