Skipper was rescued on 13th November 2013
Skipper, a female juvenile seal, was rescued from Mortehoe in North coast of Devon on 13th November 2013 and taken to the RSPCA´s West Hatch Wildlife Centre for treatment.

The pup was transferred to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary for her next stage of rehabilitation, to learn how to compete for fish with other seals.

Skipper´s flipper tag number is 80076 (orange).

Update - 25th February 2014 : Skipper is in the convalescent pool and putting on lots of weight.

Seal Release on 15th May 2014 Update - 17th May 2014 : Skipper along with Titan, Atlantis, Hubble, Cassiopeia, Pandora and Nebula were released back into the wild on 15th May 2014 at Gwithian.
