Persier was rescued on 25th November 2013
Persier, a female juvenile seal, was rescued from Gwithian on 25th November 2013 by the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) team and taken to the RSPCA´s West Hatch Wildlife Centre in Taunton, Somerset, for treatment.

The pup was transferred to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary for her next stage of rehabilitation, to learn how to compete for fish with other seals. Hopefully Persier will be released back into the wild in the next month or so.

Persier´s flipper tag number is 80075 (orange).
