Reason for Rescue : Malnourished and puncture wounds to her body.

IO The pup was rescued by members of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue (BDMLR) team on 21st December 2013 from Porthmeor beach in St Ives.
She has been named IO.

Update - 29th December 2013 : IO is in hospital pen number 3 and currently weighs 13.5kgs.

Update - 20th January 2014 : IO´s wounds have been healing well, shown great strength and determination, feeding and competing for fish. She is currently in the convalescence pool.
