Verity was rescued on 4th October 2017
Verity, 1½ weeks old female white coat seal pup, was rescued on 4th October 2017 from Trevose Head near Padstow.

This pup had a left eye injury and deep wound to her left flipper. Weighed 15kgs.

Update - 22nd October 2017 : Verity has completed her course of antibiotics and pain relief for her eye. She is much brighter than when the pup first arrived.

Update - 30th October 2017 : Verity was moved down to the outside nursery pool 3 with Ginny and Geoffry to learn how to feed from themselves on 15th October 2017. She is still not eating for herself but loves swimming in the larger pool with her new friends.
Verity Update - 1st January 2018 : Verity is currently in the convalescent pool for her final stage of rehabilitation before she is released back into the wild soon.

Verity´s flipper tag number is 311 (green).

Update - 10th January 2018 : Verity along with Agatha, Captain, Demelza, Jinny and Grace were released back to the wild on 7th January 2018 at Gunwalloe.
